-Product Care - 

  Kitchen knives should be hand washed and dried immediately after use.  Do NOT machine wash or allow knives to sit wet for a prolonged period of time. Stainless steel is resistant to rust but not impervious. Carbon steel knives will develop a patina with use which will help to protect the blade and give it a unique character. A light coat of food safe oil will help to protect your carbon steel knives. Store knives in a safe place with the edge protected.  Knives can be stropped or steeled periodiacally to maintain the edge and can be resharpened as needed.

 

Folding knives can be blown out with compressed air and may benefit from a small drop of oil on the detent ball. Apply a light coat of oil to protect 1095 and Carbon Damascus. 

 

-Shipping-

 I ship products domestically via USPS priority mail.  If for some reason you would prefer a different shipping provider I am happy to accommodate.  International shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

-Custom Orders-

 Order Books are currently Closed. I am unable to take new orders at this time. Any available openings will be announced on social media. I am not currently taking orders for kitchen knives. Knives may also be available through select Dealers.

-Return Policy -

  Returns are allowed on unused items.  To return an item, please contact me within 3 days of reciept and ship the item back within 7 days.  A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item.

-Warranty -

  If you have an issue with your knife, please contact me and I will repair or replace items that experience failure due to manufacturing issues.  If a full replacement is issued, I will attempt to replicate to original design, though there may be variances due to the unique nature of materials.
