-Product Care - 

  Knives should be hand washed and dried immediately after use.  Do NOT machine wash or allow knives to sit wet for a prolonged period of time. Stainless steel is resistant to rust but not impervious. Carbon steel knives will develop a patina with use which will help to protect the blade and give it a unique character. Store knives in a safe place with the edge protected.  Knives can be stropped or steeled periodiacally to maintain the edge and can be resharpened as needed.  If you are uncomftorable sharpening, I am happy to sharpen it for you. Let me know that it's coming and send it with a return label and I'll take care of it for you.

 

-Shipping-

 I ship products domestically via USPS priority mail and require signature confirmation upon receipt. International shipping will be sent USPS First-Class Package International Service.  International buyers are responsible for all customs/import fees, complying with their local regulations and assume all responsibility for the package after it has been sent.  If for some reason you would prefer a different shipping provider I am happy to accommodate.  

 

-Custom Orders-

 Custom orders are welcome.  I currently have a wait time of around 6 months for new orders. Please contact me via e-mail to discuss design and pricing.  At that point, I'll add you to the order list and will be in contact to finalize details as we get closer to the start of your project.  An invoice will be issued via email upon completion and the product will ship once payment is received in full.  Available knives will be posted for sale HERE.  Knives may also be available through Rodriguez Butcher Supply.

-Return Policy -

  Returns are allowed on unused items.  To return an item, please contact me within 3 days of reciept and ship the item back within 7 days.  A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item.

-Warranty -

  If you have an issue with your knife, please contact me and I will repair or replace items that experience failure due to manufacturing issues.  If a full replacement is issued, I will attempt to replicate to original design, though there may be variances due to the unique nature of natural materials.
